Grove Cottage Pottery only delivers within the UK.

Grove Cottage Pottery ships anywhere in the UK using Royal Mail recorded delivery, therefore a signature will be required. In the event that there is nobody to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with directions for collection. If you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to Grove Cottage Pottery, we reserve the right to charge for re-postage. 
 

In some cases we might use DPD, in which case we will use a recorded service and therefore a signature will be required. In the event that there is nobody to sign for the parcel, DPD will leave a note with directions for collection. If you do not contact or follow the steps provided to rearrange delivery of your item within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to Grove Cottage Pottery, we reserve the right to charge for re-postage. 

We normally use Royal Mail to book our collections and deliveries, therefore we will share the delivery address provided but this is stored in a safe way.
